"I called State Farm today to get a quote for homeowners insurance. My current company's (famous for working with veterans but now just resting on their laurels) policy was up for renewal. My satisfaction with them has decreased over these past years so a new inquiry was due. Today, I worked with Karen and she was fantastic. We did a line-by-line comparison of my policies and adjusted areas that was important to my needs. Previous quotes from insurance companies sometimes came in a bit lower but the savings just wasn't worth the trouble to change but this was not the case this time. The savings were significant and I appreciate Karen's patience and professionalism throughout the whole process. I am making the move to State Farm for not only homeowners but auto as well! Thank you Karen for assisting me and assuring me that it's definitely worth the jump for great savings and State Farm's wonderful customer service!"
