I called State Farm today to get a quote for homeowners insurance. My current company's (famous for working with veterans but now just resting on their laurels) policy was up for renewal. My satisfaction with them has decreased over these past years so a new inquiry was due. Today, I worked with Karen and she was fantastic. We did a line-by-line comparison of my policies and adjusted areas that was important to my needs.
